Refund policy
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations:
We take great care to ensure the quality of the products we sell, but in the unlikely event that a product is damaged or is not as you ordered, we will exchange or refund the product at our expense.
* When you receive your order, please check immediately to make sure that you have not received the wrong item.
* If you have ordered multiple items, please check again before throwing away the packaging to make sure that no small items have become hidden inside.
Returning Purchased Items
〇If there is a problem with the item
We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but if an item is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from what you ordered, please contact us by phone or email within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange immediately. (However, please note that we may not be able to exchange items that are out of stock.)
Returns and exchanges are limited to unused items.
〇If you wish to return or exchange an item for your own reasons (including changing the size or color)
we will accept returns if you contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a return or exchange, provided that the item is unused.
In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs (actual costs) incurred at the time of shipment, the shipping costs (actual costs) incurred at the time of return, and any fees incurred at the time of refund.
(However, we will not accept returns in the following cases.
【Cases where we cannot accept returns or exchanges】
* Items that have been in your possession for more than 7 days
* Items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
