This is a usage guide page for customers living overseas who wish to purchase Volk Tactical Gear products.

All shipments will be dispatched via EMS (International Postal Service).

Direct pickups are not available.

Orders will be processed only after full payment has been received.

Once your order has been handed over to EMS, a tracking number will be provided for your reference.

Upon the arrival of the package in the destination country, all import taxes will be directly charged to the recipient by EMS or the local customs office.

For any shipments refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs clearance fees, the customer assumes full responsibility for all costs incurred during the return process, including postal fees, shipping charges, customs clearance fees, and handling fees.

Shipping Costs

Volk Tactical Gear ships worldwide with the following rates:

• Asia (South Korea, Taiwan) (excluding China): $12–$18 / 2–3 business days
• Asia (other than the above): $16–$25 / 3–8 business days
• Oceania, Canada, Mexico, the Middle East, and Europe (excluding Russia): $27–$35 / 5–9 business days
• United States (including overseas territories such as Guam): $32–$42 / 6 business days
• Central and South America (excluding Mexico) and Africa: $30–$42 / 11–17 business days
