This is a gear holder that is perfect for belt and tourniquet.
The 10cm wide Tegris sheet is secured to a belt or other object using shock cord, a cord lock, and one-wrap (double-sided) Velcro tape on the back.
Adjust the shock cord to secure a tourniquet, etc.
