SBPC-V2 / Plate Bag

■ Overview

The SBPC-V2 is not positioned as merely a subordinate model to the DPC-V2. While the DPC-V2 is a highly versatile model compatible with various sizes of ballistic plates, the SBPC-V2 is a plate carrier that refines its design by clearly focusing on specific plate sizes, enhancing practicality while reducing costs.

By simplifying the structure, it improves comfort and operability when worn, and depending on the usage conditions, it can even feel more complete than the DPC-V2. The SBPC-V2 is not a model born out of compromise, but rather a solution derived from a thorough pursuit of practicality.

■ Features

The front of the plate bag features a slit pocket (Velcro closure / 16cm wide x 14cm deep) for carrying maps, notepads, smartphones, etc. On either side of the chest Velcro, Squadron loops (for PTT keepers) are provided to hold PTT switches. Below these loops, there are two 1-inch split buckles for attaching cores.

It employs a placard system, compatible with our various cores as well as third-party placards of the same standard. This allows for flexible equipment configurations according to usage.

The body-side of the plate bag uses a cushioned mesh material, ensuring breathability and comfort when worn. By inserting urethane pads only where necessary, it reduces the burden on the body while avoiding excessive thickness.

Both sides of the plate bag use flexible water-repellent material (SAM1). This ensures range of motion compatible with swimmer cut M sizes and SAPI cut S/M sizes. The flexible sections have slits, allowing cords to be passed through or cyalume sticks to be inserted and secured.

The shoulder straps are constructed with 1-inch webbing sewn onto SQAUDRON®, allowing for size adjustment from both front and back via Velcro fastening. The inside of the straps features Velcro loops, compatible with the attachment of separately sold shoulder pads.

Additionally, the shoulder straps are connected to four high-strength D-rings on the front and back of the plate bag, allowing for flexible movement that follows the wearer's movements and physique. Furthermore, the D-ring sections can be replaced with 1-inch standard Cobra buckles, release buckles, etc.

The side zippers on the back comply with CRYE standards, allowing for the attachment of our zip-on back panels. The cummerbund is secured by being tucked into the rear flap with Velcro, and combination with the Cummerbund 2R is recommended.

Placard System Compatible Front Structure

Adopts stretchable water-repellent material SAM1 for flexible compatibility with multiple plate sizes. Slit structure also allows for holding cords and cyalume sticks.

Movable Shoulder Harness
Movable structure with D-ring connection, following the wearer's movements. Highly expandable design also supports buckle replacement.

Cushion Structure for Breathability
Double Russell mesh and minimal necessary urethane pads are placed on the body-contact side to balance comfort and lightness.
