The monocoque insert is the latest insert design, incorporating a guide bone (a framework that guides the magazine into the pouch) made of CURV® material on the side edge of the elastic insert.
Not only does it make it easier to insert and remove all magazines, it also completely eliminates the protruding parts on AK magazines and Magpul PMAG Gen3 magazines that can get caught on anything.
The insert is made of a bone and elastic band made of CURV® material, and has durable, smooth CURV® material sewn to the side of the magazine. By guiding the insertion and removal of the magazine, it makes insertion and removal more comfortable than conventional elastic inserts.
This item is sized to hold three AR magazines.
